The Guidelines that guide us and enable us to support you and your child best.

we are educators

We offer an educational service to children in the community. We are not a babysitting service. We are serious in our efforts to support all children who come to us and expect the same consideration of our clients (parent & child). Contracts will be signed by all parents & caregivers that enrol a participant. We hold exclusive rights to deny access to a child, or to ask that a student be removed in the event that the safety or general wellbeing of others (adults & children equally) are compromised.

the spaces & tools we use

We are diligent about respecting the spaces in which we operate and the tools we use, and expect the same of our young clients and their families. Any damages caused by a participating child will result in fees charged to the parents - amounts based on extent of damage and anticipated repair/replacement costs.

Picking up & dropping off

Consider safety and park in close proximity to the door, accompanying children across the street if necessary. Students are to arrive no earlier than ten minutes before the start of session, and are to be picked up within 15 minutes of end time. Children under 12 years of age will be signed in and out by parents/guardians. Forms will be completed that determine who is registered to take a child. *Additional fees will be charged when drop-off and/or pick-up times are exceeded ($20 up to half an hour).


We are unable to service any clients whose needs are such that a differently-skilled professional may be required. For example, we are unable to support a child with excessive mobility limitations, or a child who struggles with severe psychological or learning challenges.
